Terms and Conditions

United Air Charter assumes no liability for delays arising from unforeseen circumstances, mechanical issues, weather-related diversions, or any other causes. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to resolve the situation to the best of our capabilities.

  • We retain the right to subcontract a third-party aircraft if we are unable to provide our own.
  • Flight operations are contingent upon runway conditions and operational suitability. Should the destination airport or airstrip be unsuitable for our aircraft for any reason, we will redirect to the nearest alternative airport or airstrip.
  • Quotations are contingent upon aircraft availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Prices are calculated based on prevailing fuel costs in Zambia. Any escalation in fuel prices may impact the quoted price, and United Air Charter reserves the right to adjust it without prior notification.
  • The carrier agrees to make every reasonable effort to transport passengers and their baggage promptly. However, the times displayed in timetables are not definite and do not constitute a binding agreement. The carrier reserves the right to substitute aircraft, skip or modify scheduled stops at its sole discretion, as indicated on the passenger's ticket. Schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The carrier bears no liability for delays or the failure to connect with other transport providers.
  • Smoking is prohibited and alcohol consumption is not allowed in any carriage.
  • Tickets are not transferable.
  • A minimum of two passengers are required for all flights. If a solo traveller wishes to book a flight, they may be asked to pay a single supplement fee at the time of booking. However, if other passengers later book and pay in full for the same flight, the solo traveller’s single supplement fee will be refunded.

Weather, airport conditions, and unanticipated technical problems beyond our control could affect the exact daily itinerary for non-scheduled flights. Arriving less than thirty minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, guests run the risk of having their seats cancelled without reimbursement in order to avoid interfering with the day's itinerary. Please be aware that all flights are booked for the daytime.

Any delays due from unanticipated events - such as mechanical failures, weather-related detours, or other causes - will not be covered by United Air Charter. Having sufficient travel insurance is essential, since United Air Charter is not responsible for missed connections or having to keep customers overnight due to unanticipated events.

Passengers travelling with United Air Charter are entitled to one complimentary piece of checked baggage and one small carry-on item not weighing more than 5kg.

  • The maximum weight for carry-on luggage is 5kg (11lbs) with one allowed piece, which is included in the overall 15kg (33lbs) luggage limit.
  • Checked baggage must not exceed dimensions of 30cm (12in) wide x 35cm (14in) high x 70cm (28in) long and should strictly be soft-sided without wheels, frames, or rigid sides.
  • In the case of additional camera equipment or overweight luggage, passengers have the option to purchase extra seats prior to departure. This additional seat allows for an extra 30kgs of luggage.
  • Should passengers arrive with incorrect luggage, United Air Charter may offer a soft bag at a cost, and the "other" suitcase might be left behind or transported to the destination at the passenger's expense.
